(Very pleased to say book sales have been good, largely due to the enthusiasm of my reading fans.)

Cyclamen coum flowersNow that I am catching up on much of what was thrust to the sidelines through the book publication process…sort of…I am making an effort to get back into a regular writing routine for my website.

While I can understand the common name of Persian violet, I have absolutely no idea how this darling little plant ever got the common name of eastern sowbread.
