Description

A rhizomatous, deciduous, perennial with gracefully arching, linear-lanceolate, vivid green leaves, 10 inches (25 cm) long by 3/8 inch (1 cm) wide. The leaves form a dense, cascading mound and with their papery texture, look similar to bamboo leaves.

This all-green form of Hakonechloa is a lovely focal point in the garden. Leaves may experience some scorching in hot sunny weather if not watered regularly. No serious pest or disease problems. Deer and rabbits seem to leave this grass alone.
