View from the bottom of the garden this week.
Baptisia australis (false indigo) on the left and Spiraea japonica ‘Goldmound’ in foreground. Behind ‘Goldmound’ is Heliopsis helianthoides ‘Helhan’ (false sunflower Loraine Sunshine), Lychnis coronaria (rose campion) and Scrophularia auriculata ‘Variegata’ (variegated water figwort). The tall pink flowers in the background are Campanula lactiflora ‘Loddon Anna’ (milky bellflower).
Note: Click on the plant names in bold green letters to find out more about these plant species. (Eventually I will get around to the other two plant species which have not made it onto my Plants We Grow list yet.)
